• DoorDash orderI truly enjoy this juice shop, but I want to share some feedback in hopes of improving the customer experience.
Today, my DoorDasher called to inform me that my order would be delayed because the smoothie I ordered was unavailable. I appreciated the heads-up, but I was also told I’d be "hooked up" as a courtesy—yet my order arrived as-is, with no adjustments.
I’ve noticed a recurring issue where my orders, especially for juice, are often canceled after waiting close to an hour. DoorDash drivers have mentioned waiting in-store for over 30 minutes, only to have my order canceled because making four juices was deemed "too much"—which is concerning for a juice shop. If four individual customers walked in, they wouldn’t be turned away, so I hope online orders can be treated with the same priority.
Additionally, my açaí bowl was disappointing for the price—there was very little fruit and granola, making it feel incomplete.
I share this feedback because I truly love this place and want to see it succeed. I hope improvements can be made so customers, both in-store and online, receive a consistently great experience.

• DoorDash orderI got the buffalo chciken wrap (really good and huge!) the berry parfait (fresh and was in a very large tub!) and a celery shot (also good!). Order came fresh and it was really good!

• DoorDash orderbest bowl is their pb acai! the smoothie realy balances out the thick pb and the bananas. my fiance and i are trying to eat healthier and hes superr picky but LOVES the bowls here. my smoothies are always made perfectly too. probably 10x better than smoothie king in my opinion.

• DoorDash orderI love this place. I order a Meal Deal 1 around 11 in the morning, will get it delivered and get ready to work. It travels with me the hour drive to work and by the time I sit down at my desk and can enjoy it, it's easily been three to four hours. And it's as good as if I ate it at 11 when I ordered it. Always fresh, never wilted or old tasting. I cant suggest this little blessing more.
