i ordered a large iccap with cream instead i got some nasty icecap with milk i think and the cinnumon nun was hard and stale i order 1 allot of times 2 a day with cinnumon buns but this ICECAP was not good and im having to pay for it anyway

Do not order if it's St. Joseph/St. Raymond in Gatineau, QC. They do not listen to instructions, always send the wrong products and sizes (soups, sandwiches), and forget doughnuts and pastries. How do you forget to pack doughnuts and Timbits? And if you tell them to cancel the whole order if an item is unavailable, they will send you the order anyway to try and keep your money. This store location should not be on DoorDash. Only order if it comes from the Cité-des-Jeunes/Bédard location. They almost never screw up and they even call if there's a problem.
