the Maple Bacon Cheddar Croissant Breakfast Sandwich and Caramel Latte were both delicious will definitely order again

I'm not sure what has happened to the iced capps, but they have been terrible for the last 4 orders. the consistency has changed, it doesn't melt really, it leaves these strange chunk like things. Also they have been arriving here 2 different colours! They aren't icy anymore, almost like they weren't blended too much but it's still 2 distinct colours! They have a chemical taste to me now as well. I don't know what they have done but the result is terrible! This is from the best tims in the city but I won't be going there for ice capps anymore

Again I just got another terrible iced capp! I don't know what's going on at this place lately! they were the best timmies in town. not anymore! 2 days in a row i ordered an everything Bagel with garlic and herb cream cheese. yesterday I got a burnt jalapeño and cheddar bagel with about a teaspoon of cream cheese. today they got the, bagel right but it wasn't toasted,,, there was butter on it, and there was actually too much cheese, like enough for another bagel. What is going on with the ice capps??? DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I don't know what you guys are doing to the ice capps but they are disgusting now. They are 2 different colours and being over blended, to the point that they are liquid but they also turn into a strange foam like substance. Take your chances and order an Original Iced Capp® at your own risk! It's sad because this was the best tims in Windsor. l do not recommend!!

When they bagged my orde they put the butter on top of the hot Chicken Noodle Soup so my butter melted
