Finally an accurate order. quality was good, was made correctly. Farmer's Breakfast Wrap and Double Stacked Breakfast Sandwich were good.

I asked for slow cooked chicken on my Cilantro Lime Slow Cooked Chicken Loaded Wrap, and I got really rubbery crispy chicken. I also ordered a large caramel Iced Coffee and the coffee is grainy and I keep spitting out coffee grains. Will make sure I shop at other locations next time I decide to order.

This store is the worst Tims in London for accuracy of orders. The amount of times I've ordered and gotten a B.E.L.T. without the LT, farmers wraps without the sauce or hashbrown, coffee without cream. I can't tell if it's poor, ineffective training, or laziness, or bad management, not keeping inventory? It's the only place I can order from on the east end, and I've hit doordash refund policy limit because of the terrible service. I'm surprised corporate hasn't stepped in to investigate.

I don't know why doordash uses this location. I don't know how headquarters hasn't come and shut them down yet. The amount of missing items, ingredients, toppings is absolutely wild. A Bagel B.E.L.T.® with no lettuce, tomato or cheese, a Farmer's Breakfast Wrap with no hashbrown (hashbrown is the difference between farmers and grilled breakfast wraps). the black coffee, without cream/sugar. Far too often. AND I can only order from this location through door dash
The owner/manager/team is lousy and untrained. It's getting embarrassing. Never an issue from the location down the road, that's closer. figure that part out.
