My order today for London Fog was too sweet and I can' t drink it. They did not follow instructions for 1 sugar . There should be a choice for no sugar, so I can choose that. And it wasn' t packed properly cozit spilt too.

They only filled our extra large French French Vanilla's up halfway again. It happens very often as we order them lots. At least half the time they're barely filled up past halfway and yet we pay almost 20 dollars for them.

They just chucked the donut and brownie in with the hot lunch food so there was melted chocolate all over everything.

Ther way to add a dozen donuts to the order so instead, we ordered 12 individual donuts. In the instruction, we asked to add a dozen donuts and add the kind that were added individually. Additionally, I followed up with a phone call to confirm that this is what happened and they did confirm this is what took place . However, when the order came, it was all individual in a higher price not happy at all.
