Egg frozen still in the center. For the price could have at least sent it over cooked

Ordered the Prime Roots Ham & Cheese Sandwich but got the turkey :( why give us a choice if you're going to just give the wrong thing. Only disappointed because this is the 2nd time this happened. Besides that love going to the store in person ^^
