Torchies has some of the best text Max on the market in Kansas City. I really like their beef fajita and my wife likes the chicken fajita. The queso is the best I've had since I left Texas. Also, the salsa is excellent.

The tacos were absolutely amazing. I love the Democrat and Baja Shrimp so they're a staple, plus I love to try the taco of the month. in this case, it was Tokyo Tokyo Drifter and it was delicious.

The Hillbilly Queso & Chips - 1/2 is AMAZING! Flavorful with a small kick. This is the second time I ordered from here mainly for the queso. I highly recommend.

This has been a go-to dinner place for me, and they hardly disappoint.
Sometimes the food is a little too salty tasting (I think maybe the chicken?), otherwise everything is excellent.
