Very fresh Tuna Avocado Roll , Citrus Salad and Ebi Shrimp Bao. Miso Hot had the perfect amount of heat. Karaage Don was a good portion.

I was really disappointed... The broth just tasted like regular chicken broth, not miso, and there were hardly any toppings in it beyond the egg. The bok choy was flavorless and limp, and they forgot to include the chili oil I paid for and there wasnt even a spoon in the bag?!

It took them over an hour to prepare the food and it was super cold when it arrived. The Takoyaki ( 6 ) was soggy and ice cold. The Karl's Curry was cold and very bland. I ordered some chicken karaage to eat with the curry, the chicken was dry and tough to eat. Ive had good food from this restaurant before but this time was a complete let down.

This place is so consistently good. Only drawback is that food is so fresh they can run out of my favorite items on occasion. Good news is whatever I choose as the alternative is equally as good. I'm not particularly fond of salads but I would eat the Torino Salad at every meal.

This place is consistently terrific with consistently fresh ingredients. Certain items sell out early (Torino salad) and I've noticed on weekends that they can get too busy to deliver so will turn off delivery app.
