I understand it is not an exact science, but at the risk of sounding like a Karen, I was disappointed with the food I received. I ordered the 1/3 Lb PRIME BRISKET and was suprised to open the box and find one piece of meat. It was so small I had to break out my baking scale to figure out if I was expecting too much or not. (See photo). It tasted fabulous, but it was only 3.125 oz... If it was *around* 1/3 lb, it would be great! But it was less than 1/4 lb. I paid for 5 oz and got 3 oz. Frustrating to not get what you paid for when you are hungry after a long day! Taste was 12/10. Size was not.
