my fajitas were corrected by an employee who went that extra mile to complete my order. it was amazing, the cheese dip was creamy and had a touch of spice. the fajitas were well cooked and flavorful! ty so much for going beyond when righting my order. it's really rare these days.

Chile Colorado was DELICIOUS! FINALLY, a Chile Colorado that wasn't spicy but yet, FULL OF FLAVOR! Chips were fresh, and Small Cheese Dip was still hot, as usual!! Keep up the amazing menu Tulum!! I'll be back!! 🤗

Tulum Cantina always gets it right! Chips and salsa are made fresh and the BIRRIA TACOS were delicious. Queso cup always arrives hot too! They never disappoint!

I had the Street Tacos (flour) with chicken. Deliciously seasoned and the tortillas tasted fresh! Only wish I had more limes, cilantro, and onion on the side to fill 4 tacos but it all tasted very fresh! The meal description failed to mention a side of chips was included. I had already added small chips and salsa to my order but now I know for next time. I'm DEFINITELY coming back for another fulfilling and satisfying meal!

Not impressed and did not appear to be made with any care. Definitely not authentic. Would expected more with nearly a $90 order.
1) Both enchilada orders were poorly assembled, no sauce, and they barely rolled what appeared to be small chicken cutlets. Typically, enchiladas have shedded chicken and some sort of cheese and sauce on top. It was the worst enchilada order I have ever tried.
2) The Torta was not a traditional torta! Nor did it look like the picture. It was just a piece of chicken on a hoagie bun that was dry and poorly put together.
3) Birria tacos, texture and taste were off. Again, presentation and effort was minimal.
4) Cheese Quesadilla was the least expensive item purchased, doesn't take much effort to prepare and turned out the best out of all the other items. It's really hard to mess up a basic quesadilla.
Will not order from this location again. Put some love into your food -especially if you claim to be authentic. Surprisingly disappointed, especially since I was traveling to the area for the first time and hoping I made a good choice by ordering.
