The Hand-Punched Fries are awesome but not crispy as ordered. Plenty of ketchup packets thoughtfully included. The Big Tex burger was super greasy and also not cooked as requested. My order was picked up promptly and delivered quickly - my food was still warm when delivered.

The Build Your Own with grilled chicken, shrooms and American cheese is absolutely the BEST ever!!! So juicy and delicious! Onion Strings were good, but next time we will ask for them to be a little crispier. My hubby's Build Your Own burger was also very tasty, too!

The burgers are good, but they frequently mess up the toppings. We never order onions, but they always place them anyway. There is also no ability to specify anything in the special instructions. Other than that, solid food.
