Extremely poor quality food from this outlet. Large chips is a small at best, fish was extremely dry and no sauce provided despite being part of the menu description. Chicken cutlet contained all of the ribs - zero care taken. Most of the order was thrown in the bin. This food was disgusting.

very poor food quality, I got my food cold, only the chicken wing maybe a Little bit warm. crispy chicken skins some even have feathers on them. food looks greasy and oily. I order my food about half past six pm and only received my food before 8pm. I think my food was ready about 7pm but no driver was around to pick up the food. Store should pay attention to the food quality that they give out, if the food has been sitting there for a long time and become cold and not fresh, they shall just redo the order again before they pass the food to the driver. this is my very 1st time unpleasant experience for this restaurant on door dash.

All 3 items we ordered are disgusting and inedible. Reddish cake totally bland), takoyaki (hardly find squid in it), and king oyster mushroom (hard, dry and bland) are all soggy and tasteless. Not even sauce given. We had to chuck all off in the bin. Even the kids threw out after just one bite.
