• DoorDash reviewOUTSTANDING Ramen. This is a hidden gem at the level of any big city ramen you can find. The Shu Shu is great and I also get the spicy miso base as well - try it with fried chicken - I know it sounds weird but trust me.

• DoorDash order7.5/10 54. Shoyu Ramen Price is definitely marked up for business Roi. Other than that not the real/traditional Black Garlic oil that looks like BP oil spill on the ramen people would expect but rather the subtle raw garlic you'd get as a topping. to flavor the soup slightly. Either one works but more people would like the BP oil spill. That my opinion if I were the Head Chef in charge of the menu.
