Taro Milk Tea was good as usual. Imitation Crab Bowl rice was not good. Tasted like it had been sitting all day. Barely any sauce on it. Unfortunately I bought to of the same bowl so im not looking forward to that tomorrow. Normally enjoy the food from here but not this time

Rice was very hard. I was disappointed because I go to the one in galt alot and they are very fresh and full the bowl. The bowls tasted old and had hardly any sauce.

I love this place alot so far and have done maybe 5 other perfect orders. but this last one was all kinds of wrong. the rice was overcooked and brown at the bottom of the bowl, and the extra salmon I added was the wrong kind of chewy. even the cucumber was sliced differently then regular and a bit.... brown. With textures being so off it really hurt the flavors and I felt ruined the mood.
