• DoorDash orderFirst time eating here and I gotta gotta say, pretty good. Tenders weren't dried out and had a pretty solid heat level (Fire in the hole.) Only real complaints were the fries could've been more crisp and they forgot my sauce.

• DoorDash orderWe did not receive our full order, and it was obviously not the Dashers fault. I called Urban Chicken and spoke to the District Manager, who went above and beyond to make it right. She called DD and worked with them to get a full credit, so the redelivery of my order was at zero expense to me.
