2 pounds of carnitas, but only about a pound of edible meat. Rest of it was fat.
Pollo Asado is very good, but on the drier side. Flavor of everything is great overall.

Salsa is always the best from Vallarta. All of them are great.
The 1/2 LB Chicharron Carnudo is always hit or miss. If you get it later in the day, it's dry and almost not edible. But if you get it fresh early, it's very good.
