food was great, ordered the Pho - Beef and it was delicious . Good amount of beef and broth was very flavourful.
the Large Vietnamese Iced Coffee with Condensed Milk (24oz) was really good would recommend 👌

Spring Rolls - Grilled Shrimp - 4 Rolls was pretty gross. Spring rolls should never be colored yellow and the shrimp wasnt even shrimp, it was prawns?? All of this points to a low quality food item.
Rice Plate - Combination 2 choices of meat + Pork Egg Roll was overcooked and dry like some kind of plastic. It didn't smell clean and smelled like cheap meats. Overall, very disappointing. It felt like a race to give you the cheapest thing for $30.

Place is a hidden gem! The ingredients are fresh, and the portions are massive - I had dinner and leftover lunch for the next day. The Thai tea is one of the best I have ever tasted. I cannot wait to try their Bahn Mi next.

Banh Mi - Fried Eggs with Soy Sauce was PERFECT!!! The bread had a crusty and crunchy exterior, tender interior. The sweet soy sauce on a Bahn mi was a new experience, but it added a counterpoint to the pickled veggies.Organic Vegetable Fried Dumplings - 8 pieces are a great way to get you veggie intake for the day. The large Vietnamese Iced Coffee with Condensed Milk (24oz) was awesome. I have a fondness for chicory blended coffee, and this tastes like Cafe Dumond New Orleans blend. A BLOODY GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

Best Banh Mi - Garlic Soy Sauce Beef I've had in a while. Ordered 2 for lunch then dinner it's that addictive. Perfect temp, bread not too toasted or soggy, veggies crisp and fresh, meat very flavorful. I'm picky. Thank you.
