The burgers were amazingly juicy and good flavor. They did forget to put the mushrooms on, but I am not complaining. This is our new favorite burger place. reasonably priced.

Perfectly smashed patties. Bacon was under cooked but the onions and mushrooms were tasty. ONION RINGS was soggy but probably was from being in the bag. Next time I'll just order the double cheese burger and add the toppings. Still better and cheaper than 5 guys

I had high hopes for this place, but the burger was tasteless, I made my own and got onion, tomato, pickle, lettuce, golden bbq and cheese. it barely had any onion on it, lettuce was wilty and sad, and it was completely missing the tomato. We asked for no whip on both milkshakes and both came with whip. Husband's tots were undercooked.

My burger, the CRAFT YOUR OWN - DOUBLE, was excellent. The patties were fresh, and they made it exactly how I asked. The REGULAR SIZE FRIED PICKLES WITH RANCH were also fresh and super tasty. The only drawback is that some of my order could had stayed in the fryer a little longer, the fries were a little wimpy. Love the Wayback sauce. I dipped everything in it. Simple ingredients mixed together perfectly. Very Happy customer overall.

The food was tasty but the portion sizes were absolutely ridiculous! Apparently each individual cheese curd costs 50¢ because I got about 8 total for $4. It would also be nice if I could get ALL of the items I ordered and paid for. I ordered a kids meal and didn't get the fries or drink. I was also missing the red velvet shake and the sauces that I was required to choose from when I ordered each item. My sandwich was missing the mayo which I can totally live with and wouldn't have mentioned if it weren't for the fact that I didn't get 1/3 of my order. To add icing to the cake everything was cold as hell. again I totally understand that you compromise fresh and hot food when opting for delivery but I know there are ways to keep food warm while in transit. with this said, I really enjoyed the food despite being cold and want to make sure that is communicated in this review as well....
