Wellness Sushi fills a void in the vegan food scene in Denver. The Krunchy Krab Roll (top) is my go-to roll, I order it every single time. If you want a California roll feel/texture but 10x tastier, get this one. The Ebi Tempura Roll (middle) is sweet and savory and *almost* in every single one of my orders. This is the first time I've tried the Royal Potato Roll (Soy-Free) (bottom). It's definitely a more simple roll in comparison, but still super delicious. Purple sweet potato has such a lovely, soft flavor, and the beet sauce on top compliments it so well.

Normally really good but tonight's sushi was off. There was as some kind of crab substitute in my Kakiage Supreme Roll this time which wasn't on my sushi in the past, and it made the whole roll inedible for me. The other roll Royal Potato Roll (Soy-Free) was really dry tonight also. Such a bummer with how expensive it is.

The W's Tonkotsu ramen was delicious and filling! The Krab Krunchy Krab Roll was very filling and flavorful. Will go in person next time and try more items!

Beef Teriyaki Don was sweet, sticky with a hint of spice. You get a lot for the $16. Definitely enough to share or have left overs.

Absolutely fantastic spot!! Incredibly flavorful vegan sushis. The 6. Hot Flamingo Roll is my favorite but they are all incredible. Amazing staff as well. We order every weekend. Delicious!! Highly recommend!
