so far when I order everything has been correct and hot and fresh they refunded me a whole meal because the frosty machine wasn't working but still gave me everything else

I wish I had taken a picture of these sad example of a hamburger. 21/2 inch burnt squares on 5 inch buns with crumbles of bacon on one side. Even my teenage boys complained and they eat anything. We won't be ordering from there again not when I know we can get great burgers from other local restaurants for the same money. Wendy's you better get it together.

There is always an issue with my order or they never have what I order. the 2 sandwiches I bought were dry and had nothing but bacon and a old chicken patty on it. Wendys is too expensive to not get what you ordered

The bread was extremely hard, I ordered a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger Biggie™ Bag and there was no ba at all. I barely had fries, and on top of all of that all of my food was cold

I requested American cheese on my Bacon, Egg & Swiss and got no cheese. I ordered unsweetened iced tea and got sweet tea.
This is a frequent occurrence with this Wendy's location so it is my last order. Waste of money.
