My cookies were missing from the order, but everything else was perfect! The best it has ever been! Fries were perfectly crispy, and not greasy, and burger was juicy, but not greasy, and on a super fresh bun. Frosty was delicious as always.

The lettuce on the Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo was brown and wilted. The tomato was so thin that it is just mush. The chicken its self is dry and can tell it has been sitting for a while. The fries are so old and stale the are very hard. This is not the first time of stale old food. I use to love Wendy's but the quality they serve has gone down hill big time.

Each time we order from here the drinks are watered down & have no ice. It would be nice if they actually made the drinks at the right time instead of way to early.

fries were old, not fresh.. coffee tasted awful and old.. the coffee and sandwich where hot buy coffee tasted bad.. and I also got the wrong type of sugar for my coffee.. sandwich was great tho.. no messiness and very nice
