The last time I ordered Wendy's with door dash, I order a baconator and I got a Dave's double with no bacon. But this time I did actually get the baconator, and it was great. Also only 4 stars because of the first incident.

Baconator fries were old tasting, not enough cheese sauce. Spicy chicken patty was also cold and old. Was given diet dr pepper instead of regular. Very disappointing. Seems like employees don't seem to care about what they send out.

Dasher notified me that nothing was sealed. received items and this is what they looked like. Just want to let Wendy's know so that future orders can be sealed since multiple people are handling it.

Food was cold, burgers and fries burnt and there was mayo on the burger which was not ordered. The bacon double stack doesn't even come with mayo. It normally has ketchup, mustard, pickles and onions. I removed all but the onions and added lettuce and tomato. Mayo must be selected specifically and it was not, but it was put on the burger anyway. Very disappointed.

No chili on the chili and cheese potato, only shredded cheese. Wrong chicken sanswhich, we paid for the one with a chicken breast not this processed ptty that was slathered with mayo. This is the second time recently that I have had a terrible experience.
