Gave my first Door dasher the wrong order entirely (gave me a 4 pc Nugget, 6 pc Nugget, and a large fry, but my actual order was $30, not sure who didn't put 2 and 2 together). So I made the mistake of reordering instead of refund, and it was a mess. Both times my door dasher apologized for how long it was taking. Almost 1 and a half hours from my original order time, I got my Asiago Ranch Classic Chicken Club but it only has chicken, cheese, fried onions, and quarter sized squirt of ranch on a normal bun. No "premium bun", no lettuce or tomato at all. $9 for half a sandwich. My Baconator Fries has just whole bacon on top (which I can cut up here at home thankfully, but really defeats the purpose of bacon on the fries), and a tablespoon of cheese in the center under the whole bacon. Quality leaves much to be desired, especially for the amount of money paid. Buyer Beware, Do not get food from this location, unless you thoroughly check your food yourself at pickup.

I have never gotten my order correct in the last 10 years. It has become a running gag but now the joke has gone stale. Absolutely astonishing how often and how creatively they mess up. I've ordered salads that had a rotating selection of items missing (once no chicken, no dressing packets, no croutons, no utensils), on two seperate occasions I tried getting the bourbon burger and each time there was no patty (the first time I even checked the original order incase it was user error), constantly watery soda with barely a taste to it, missing items like an order of fries, nuggets, condiments, and I have no idea how many times the quality was just abysmal. I can't recall one time even as a kid where I thought "wow, this isn't to bad". I have no idea how this location is still operating, considering it's on a major highway maybe they just have a consistent grift on unaware customers. Just get mcdonalds across the street, 10x faster and always gets the order right.

Dasher was fine, but my food was wrong. Gave me a jr burger with bacon instead of a Big Bacon Classic. $9 for a tiny crap burger. Really disappointed.

Both orders were wrong, it was supposed to be a Bacon Double Stack™ Biggie™ Bag(it came as a singular patty, without the sauce ordered) Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger Biggie™ Bag (Was only a patty, cheese and ketchup) At least the drinks and fries were good :/
