We did a door dash pick-up order. it took us 35 mins to get to the window to get our food and drink because the inside was closed early. once at the window, we waited another 20 mins to actually get our 3 sandwiches and drinks. the one sandwich had a bun so hard it would break a tooth. usually, I leave good reviews, not bad, but this was an awful experience.

Baconator Fries were soggy,cold and not appealing at all.
Baconator® was dry, and very little Jr. Bacon Cheeseburg was dry and only 1 piece of bacon

We got no eating utensils, no sour cream, very little chili on the chili and cheese baked potato,and very little cheese on either potato. Also no napkins. In my opinion, the quality has decreased.

Ordered 2 baconator fries and only got one the other was just regular fries in a bigger box, the spicy nuggets were old hard and not edible and my Jr cheese deluxe didn't have all the condiments on it and it tasted old and cold as well only ate like 3 bites of it. The worst Wendy's I've had in a long time.
