the Cinnabon Pull-A-Parts were absolutely atrocious. it was rock hard and not even edible. I swear they probably gave me one that is 2 days old

The staff was incredibly rude, and my food was cold. The fries tasted stale and old. The store itself was filthy, with fries swept under the stoves and dishes piled on the stove. For $27, this experience was unacceptable. I won't be returning and will choose to spend my money at Mapple Street Biscuits instead.
