the grilled chicken wrap only had chicken and cheese no.lettuce or sauce of any kind. the chicken was super hard burrito wrap was literally empty. I could have saved $9 and made a better chicken wrap at home. all the rest of the food was cold including the chilli. to say the best thing we received was all our drinks would be an understatement. highly disappointed in Wendy's in white oak. every time we order from here it's like they get worse and worse. I would love to see this restaurant replaced with something worth my money.

This place is worse than McDonald's. Even if you go there yourself you might end up with someone else's order. Happened multiple times. Burgers are slimy, spicy chicken is good but messes your stomach up like nothing else, frostys are always half way filled. I'm done with this place
