this is my first time ordering breakfast from Wendy's I ordered theSausage, Egg & Swiss Croissant Combo with a coffee, my coffee came uncovered and with creamer in it that I did not request I asked for caramel syrup and vanilla syrup and they gave me black coffee with creamer. everything else is fine.
I would like to suggest that you guys put something to cover the whole of your cups when they are being delivered to someone else's place! it would also help the coffee from spilling on top of the lid and into people's cars. and it would let the customers know that their drink was safe and not tampered with!!!!!
