coffee was not sealed or drink opening not covered. Spilled out on the the coffee top; I wouldn't know if someone tampered with it.

They mess up quite often on orders or forget items. I asked for no lettuce or tomato and got a plain sandwich with nothing on it, it was missing 3 items on it. Sloppy packaging, it's often just thrown in there and i find item often often. I've ordered the same thing and get something different every time. Wish they read the order more carefully

I love this salad. but today, I didn't receive the dried onions.. all fresh ingredients.. thisnisnthe 3rd time I buy it this week.
