This is the second time ive ordered and items are missing and i specically called them to ask them to please double check the order and i still missed an item. I love wendys and I wont stop buying but the workers need to ensure they check the orders properly

Worst wendys in Naples. Staff doesnt care and it all falls back on the manager ! How do you let food orders go out with missing items ? Or old dried up food ? Even after all the reviews saying the same thing.
They simply don't care and should all be replaced. Simple

2 cheeseburgers I ordered came with no meat on it just toppings. Totally unacceptable. Never again will I order from them again.
