Items were great no complaints, a frequent local customer, first time scheduling pick up,
App was showing "still preparing" around 12:15pm.
Didnt see name on the board, so asked employees and showed them details. Made sure to let them know it was for customer and Not a DoorDash driver (notice stores tend to assume all are driver pick ups)
Appreciate them trying to figure it out, had to look at the receipt on an order in the "cubby" system that was my order.
Employees did well and food was great. The app and cubby system may need some tinkering to help Customer pick ups guide and locate their orders more easily and efficiently 5 stars still for the attention given.

Way overpriced for combo meals. They only allowed for small combos but charged large combo prices. They didn't have the frosty and decided to replace it with a Dr. Pepper. I was not asked what I would have prefer instead. 2nd bad experience here and will never go back. Do better by your customers.

Salad was great but they didn't look at my requests for changes: ie. salad dressing and adding croutons.
