Always missing something out of my bag now my name Bacon Cheese Baked Potato not in my bag. I order a medium combo and my fries is a small and the additional sauces I paid for is not in my bag

The Jr Bacon Cheeseburger had nothing on it. It was just cheese and meat. No bacon or anything else. There was no ranch dressing for the Cobb salad. And no dipping sauce for the nuggets. The tomatoes on the salad were mushy.
