I love Wendy's. I always enjoy their food. But the pick-up for my DoorDash order did not go well. When I got to the store, the cashier had no idea about my order. The manager was consulted, who also had no idea ... even though the restaurant had confirmed my order minutes ago. After several minutes of everyone standing around confused, my order was mysteriously located and given to me with no explanation.

Ordered chicken wrap, it’s like it’s been cooked for 3 days now. It’s dried, hard, stale. Give us what we pay for, everything’s expensive these days stop doing this to your customers. And AGAIN ANOTHER MISSING ITEM!!

I cook, I know if my food is freshly made or not. Ordered chicken wrap and it was so dry and hard like it’s been cooked for 3 days plus like always, missing order again

The first time I ordered from here, I ordered a large chili as my side. I was sent fries. The second time I ordered from here I did not receive a drink. I do not recommend this place as you apparently have a 100% chance of a problem with your order.
Food tastes good though. If you're picking it up and can check it before leaving, should be fine. Delivery? Don't bother.
