Worst burger I have ever had. The bun was so soggy, they didnt include any ketchup. All the lettuce was on the outside of the burger and when I went to put it in my burger I realized they only gave me half a slice of cheese.

Food was cold. I think whatBurger needs to adjust their prep time, clearly the food is ready a good while before the dasher gets there. I live less than 10min from whataburger and everytime the food gets here cold.

Chickens strips were super tiny. I remember when #13 Whatachick’n® Strips 3 piece Whatameal® were big and tasty. Its a pity that meals are no longer of good quality.

Fries were supposed to be large and poured half a box, but I thought eh the fries fell to the bottom NOPE!! Drink did not have ice but the dasher was quick and responsive
