The food itself is good, that is if we actually receive everything we ordered. This store needs some serious help and better workers. Each time we've ordered from this Whataburger items are missing and the bags are always open with no sanitary precautions taken. Bags not even taped.

Always good, but the bacon blaze is just awful. It has a very artificial taste and was so bad that after 3 bites, I had to scrape the sauce off. Still couldn't eat it. Otherwise the food is good.

They admitted (when I called) to not putting stickers on the bag, bags were wide open & looked like Onion Rings were missing from one of the onion ring boxes & looked like a little drink missing from one of the drinks as well. And Door Dasher left about 5 minutes late from restaurant after getting our food. I know because I called the restaurant & asked. But all food tasted good. Bacon should have been cooked longer though & one of the chocolate Medium Shakes had lots of chocolate & the other barely had any. But they tasted good.
