Fries were too hard! Patty didn't look cooked correctly. I paid an extra for Buffalo sauce and was not in the bag. This place always forgets something Or get the order wrong. Doesn't matter the time

the burger was great but the chicken strips were overcooked and we didn't receive any condiments at all and specifically asked for them my grandson was disappointed this time around 😔

my #2 Double Meat Whataburger® and #3 Triple Meat Whataburger® with no tomatoes was missing the cheese I paid for. The other burgers were good but I wish I would have gotten the cheese I paid for.

fries were awful which is sad bc whataburger always had the best fries and Didn't get my Spicy or regular ketchup. if it's a doordash pickup please assume the customer wants Condiments
