Burger was good. Flavorful, tasty, and good proportion of the condiments. Fries were cold, and no catsup was with them, even though the receipt verified a request for catsup. The iced tea was cold, fresh, and refreshing.

I have always been happy with Whataburger® Patty Melt Whatameal® but today not so much. The driver said they were told the order would be completed within 5-10 minutes. The burger was freshly made and still warm. The french fries were cold and hard. Very disappointed considering how expensive it is to have it delivered. It would be nice to have hot fresh fries when you have to wait. The fries should be the last thing that goes in the bag. Working previously in fast food I speak from experience. Nobody wants cold fries. Everthing else was fine.

This is the first time I've been disappointed with Whataburger. I paid for cheese and I get 1 slice on the bottom of the burger. Barely any mustard, one strip of bacon. Fortunately, this isn't my first experience with Whataburger, otherwise I'd probably order from somewhere else next time.

its not whataburgers fault but by the time you get your food (which was about 20 min) the French Fries were soggy and almost non existant lettece was gross.
food tasted good otherwise
