The hasbrowns seems to have sat out, gotten cold, and dropped back in the grease overcooking them.

Bacon was undercooked, no napkins or condiments in the bag. The fries were warm and tasted fresh.

Meat was not cooked, not pink but raw in the middle. Fries were half full, overcooked and just barely warm when I got them.
Not even close to the Whataburger I expect.
