I was very disappointed with my meal today. My burger as you can see is a bit undercooked and I didn't take a Pic of my onion rings cause it won't show the sogginess but yes they were all soggy but 3 rings out of a large order.

I have ordered Whataburger® 3 times and Everytime they've forgotten something in my order. Twice they forgot to include my Cookie and once onion rings. I feel like I'm wasting money ordering doordash with them.

Customer service at the store was terrible, my dasher had to wait patiently for about an hour before receiving our food.
