good broth, tasty chicken, good brisket, i wish the portion was larger.

ok....for starters, let qualify myself....I'm a master chef with 45 years in the biz...needless to say I've had alot of expo to a variety of ethnic food; best I've had in a VERY long time......execution was spot on ......kept finding shrimp after i thought i got em all , and perfectly cooked.....i want to bathe in the broth!!!
noodles aren't overcooked , veggies are crisp .
outstanding. totally beyond-o. don't just stand there !!!!!!
