picked up the food as soon as it was delivered, ice cold chips and burger, why not use an insulated bag for delivery? who enjoys dry, cold chips?? disappointing

Disappointed by my order today usually I have no problem with anything but today my Southern Fried Chicken Bites were mostly burnt and quite dry and my container of sauce was barely half filled

The " Just Fries were in a small, half-full container. Not nearly worth their price.
Otherwise, the burgers were fairly large and the Nutella Cheesecake Shake was full of ingredients (:
