We've ordered from Byford Zambrero before and we had great service! In fact we had a similar order and we got plenty of food for our money and it was delivered very fast with the food still hot. This time we got great tacos but the nachos were cold, the delivery took way too much too time and the nacho bowl was only half full. We definitely did not get what we payed for and we were upset since we were especially looking forward to this dinner. We are grateful for the tasty tacos and have considered that the store may have been busy but we were still disappointed with today's service :(

Ordered a bowl and took 40+ minutes to get here, when its a 4 minute drive away. Missing all the salsas suh as tomato onion and corn. Barely any lettuce

Very very unhappy. Took over 45mins...arrived very cold, and when opened it, it fell apart and was so very sloppy . The worst burrito ever. Waste of $21.50
