Zaxbys is usually one of my family's favorite, but lately it has been horrible !!! Did not receive the Sauce Sampler, hard chicken strips , and hard stale toast. So disappointed!

The food is excellent! I really love the fresh Zalads, Chicken Fingers, Crinkle Fries, buttery Texas Toast and tasty Zax Sauce!! The restaurant is also very clean!

Food tasted like it was cooked in old grease. The only reason I get chicken tenders from here is for the ranch. Which they forgot. Again. Even though I ordered one and paid for an extra...I got ZERO ranch. No more burnt grease chicken for me.
