The meal was very fresh and exactly what I wanted. Alisha was not given the gallon of UNSWEET tea or the large cup of water but when she went back William at Zaxby's had it ready for her to bring back to my house. Thank you so very much to William at the store and Alisha the driver to making this a great meal. Yummy!!

The worst chicken fingers I've ever had. They were dry, rubbery, small. I will NEVER order from Zaxby's again. The fact that an employee let this go out knowing that they were sending out a pile of s#% is infuriating.

Fries were cold and soggy. I didn't get the extra sauces I paid for. But the worst part was the chicken strips. They tasted funny and I noticed a rubbery, clear substance coming out of one of the tenders. Asked all my coworkers what it was and no NE knew either. Had to throw most of my food away. Will never waste my money at this zaxbys again.
