Chicken is either too hard and crunchy or been sitting and rubbery. They always get the sauces wrong and forget straws. Food is mid, lack of attention to detail

The chicken is a little over fried. Not as tender as it should be. Fries are fantastic. And eliminate is good

The fries are always old, and I always order a large but they dont ever put extra fries in my box. I like zaxbys as a whole but I feel there needs to be improvement.. im paying extra and never get it.Other than that the chicken is great. Im jus sad about my fries lol
