From the bag to the stuff included to the food itself - everything is always good with this Zaxby's. The Cobb Zalad® is consistently delicious, fresh and flavorful. They are good about the special instructions AND making it right if they do mess up. But even on a busy Saturday night, I got my food on time and fresh!

Got the wrong salad but the order was fresh, and the help service made it right immediately. Zaxby's is usually good about making correct orders so I know this was just a mistake - it happens! Still great salads and egg and bacon is easy enough to remove so it's a house and not a Cobb lol!

The toast was so good and flavorful. The chicken fingers were perf crispy and the fries were amazing. Zaxby's always has the best Coke Zero!

They never add a straw to my order, I had like 3 fries & missing a chicken tender. The wings were super dry. & to top it off I didn't get my extra sauce.

boneless wings had hardly any wimpy sauce....why so stingy!!!
