Can be hit or miss. Was ok. Fries were decent but I asked for extra seasoning and I have yet to get it even though I ask everytime. Chicken was good. Toast looks good every time but has a stale taste to it.

Beware-with a 20 piece finger platter you can choose 4 dipping sauces. I got 2 prepackaged and 3 that were prepared at the restaurant. And those 3 barely had anything in each container. Order extra

Food was great. Wings were small, and tenders could be mostly just breading. Also, they forgot the sauces which is a huge bummer.

4/08/25 I placed a Door Dash delivery order for dinner from Zaxbys. Zaxby's is a hit or miss with us right now. Few weeks ago our food was delicious. Tonight we ordered 5 items. We were missing 2 of the 5 when it was delivered. I still don't understand how this happens? How can they not count to 5 when filling the bag? This order cost me $42, double of what it would cost if I picked it up. That included $9 tip. I am very weak and sick with cancer and not able to drive or cook. My daughter was so hungry and what we did receive could be barely eaten. The Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries had a pinch of cheese which is not how it normally is prepared and the chicken was overcooked and dry. We were missing the Asian Slaw which is all I can eat right now. And we were missing the Fried Cheesecake Bites but we did get the strawberry sauce. I complained to Door Dash and all they could do is offer a $11 refund. Door Dash won't be seeing my business for awhile. Zaxby's this needs to be fixed.
