the food was dried out . toast was burnt and they did not dip my tenders in hot honey mustard like I specified

Ordered two 5 piece chicken tender plates and one of the plates only had 3 tenders and the other one looked like someone had ate a piece of the tender the was cold I was so disappointed with this order.

Ordered a 20 piece traditional wings with no sauce . Received burned wings , hard as a rock and the size of the wings are extremely small now . I will probably not order again. What happened zaxby ?

Wings were too hard to my liking.....yet the rest was great. Not really complaining.....just didn't think they would be that hard.
