when Zaxby's first introduced their Zaxbys™ Signature Sandwich , I was impressed. But I swear they're still using the same oil from years ago - the sandwich tastes like burnt oil, so never again. the fries are pretty tasty though.

the chicken in my sandwich was overcooked and seemingly flattened so it was mostly under 1/2" thick, and a thicker section hanging out of the bun (think: door wedge shaped)

My meal was incomplete. They did not put any chicken strips in the box. Surf & ZaxSeas Surf & Turf Meal was what I ordered. I called the storebut no help. The manager told me to complain to Door Dash and it was not my dasher's fault
