They charge extra for large fries with extra seasoning but I get 10 fries with zero seasoning; they nickel and dime the consumers for everything; we can't get what we pay for and the kickin' chickin' sandwich a'int kickin' anymore the bread is stale and cheap and there was more sauce for the sandwich on the styrofoam rather than on the sandwich

The chicken was good and fresh but I ordered a Crinkle Fries - Large wasn't much in there and the Gallon of Sweet Tea wasn't sweet and it was very hot... For the price I paid I wasn't satisfied

What a waste of money. The texture of the chicken tenders was rubbery and off flavor. I would not recommend Zaxbys to anyone.

Half my order was missing no cheesecake bites but they still put the sauce in the big which made no sense and no loaded fries this was a waste of money the chicken wraps were good and the mrbeast box was good to my brother as well but please do better!
