Didn't have enough salad dressing. Only 2 packs and they are so small that if you are going to charge $14.00 for a salad at least give enough dressing to cover the entire salad!! The salad is big so you need at least 4 dressing packs.

The food was okay, but not great. I asked for extra seasoning on my fries on the app, and I also asked my amazing dasher to ask for extra seasoning salt on the side, which she did. The employees only put 1 measly container of seasoning with maybe 1/2 tsp of seasoning in it for 2 big zax snacks. On of that, they did not include straws for the 2 drinks I ordered as well.

Kickin Chicken Sandwich didn't have any sauce on it and the Crinkle Fries - Large didn't have any seasoning on them. Just lazy!!!

I hadn't been surprised in a longtime with zaxbys rome location is the best chicken was good and tender I wish all location was like this one I definitely order there again even the fries were good
